The Labor Department provides free electronic copies of all required posters, and many are available in multiple languages.
It is important to note that you may not be covered by all laws administered by the Labor Department and thus may not be required to display certain posters. For example, private-sector employers with fewer than 50 employees may not be covered by the Family and Medical Leave Act and therefore may not be required to display its associated poster.
